Overview

ecoREAL worked closely with Carlton Hart Architects from early design. The Behavioral Health Resource Center is a major renovation of an existing building in downtown Portland, providing short-term housing and mental health resources for hundreds of community members suffering from homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges. ecoREAL managed LEED v4 Gold project administration, energy modeling, and Energy Trust of Oregon Path to Net Zero incentive maximization while delivering WELL Building synergies.
