Multnomah County East County Library
Flagship LEED Gold library with Green Canary equity goals
Overview
East County Library will serve as the flagship for Multnomah County. ecoREAL is the sustainability lead on all of the County Library Bond projects with Mike Day's Otak team, and works with architects Holst as the LEED Project Administrator to guide integration of sustainable strategies throughout the process. Fortis Construction is using our proprietary Green Canary Software to streamline sustainable material tracking, auto-populate the LEED MR and EQ calculators, and enhance equity goals with prevetted SMDS dropdowns built for boots-on-the-ground contractors.
