LEED v4 Gold with Green Canary streamlined LEED submittals

Overview

Summer Fowler served as the LEED Project Administrator for Multnomah County's new Central Courthouse and helped guide the team to LEED Gold without any additional capital expense by deploying Green Building Integrative Management Lean LEED CA tools. The eco-charrette in pre-design aligned project stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers around shared goals, opportunities, and synergies.
